Kihikihi.

Mr H. Potter was hurt last week through his horse moving on whilst he was standing in the cart putting out mangolds for the cows. In falling he struck his head against the shed, and ho was knocked senseless, remaining in an unconscious state for some time. However, he is now out and about again. Great interest was taken in the Auckland-Waikato match on Saturday last, as three of our local players were included in the Waikato team, viz., Messrs R. Henderson, J. Kay, and W. Thomson. It speaks well for Kihikihi that it can contribute three members to a representative team, considering the size of the place. We trust they will go on and prosper, and make the name of Kihikihi famous in the land.
