HAMILTON RUGBY UNION. The weekly meeting of the Management Committee will be held at tho Hamilton Hotel to-morrow evening, when a full attendance is particularly requested. PIRONGIA V. PATERANGI. A match between tho above clubs eventuated at Pirongia on Saturday last, resulting in a draw, each side scoring three points. The day was fine, and there was a good attendance from the surrounding districts to visit tho game, which was played in a most friendly manner. Mr L. Mackay captained the visitors and Mr J. Graco tho local men. Mr Sutton, of Te Rore, actod as referee, and his decisions gave the utmost satisfaction to both sides. Meoars J. Harper and J. Kav were tho lino umpires. Tho Rotorua representatives were defeated hy tho Newton fifteen at Anckliiud on Saturday last by 10 points (two tries aud a potted goal) to nil. Tho visiting forwards were outclassed in all departments, hut the backs more than held their own.
