MB. J. DONALD TO REPRESENT UPPER TAUERU. MASTERTON COUNTY COUNCIL VACANCY. As only one nomination came to hand, that of Mr. Janies Donald, no election will be necessary to fill the vacancy on the Upper Taueru Riding of the Masterton Cpunty Council, caused by the death of Councillor J. W. A. Falloon. Nominations closed at noon on Saturday and Mr. Donald is accordingly elected unopposed.
