CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGED ON WREATHS. (Received Friday, 7 p.m.) ISTAMBUL, May 3. Seven hundred pilgrims to Gallipoli arrived on the liner Duchess of Richmond. The Customs officials charged £3l duty on eighty-five wreaths brought for the graves. One of the wreaths was placed on the tomb of the Turkish Unknown Warrior.
