On charges of breaking, entering, and theft from the residence of Mr. Justice Kennedy, James Alexander Knox and Reginald Thomas Munro were committed to the Supreme Court at Christchurch for sentence, the police declining to reduce the charge of theft, and thus avoiding the expense of sending the men elsewhere for sentence, states a Dunedin Press Association tqjegram.
