‘‘Their Night Out,” which comes to the Oosy Theatre to-day, when it will be shown at matinee and evening performances the first starring vehicle for the screen’s “most priceless chump,” Claude Hulbert, and tells the story of a young man who is mistaken for a famous crook. Claude is seen as “something in the City” against the background of a modern business office; accompanying a young lady from Aberdeen, to a night-dub which is raided; entangled with a gang of erooks who imagine him to be a master-mind; struggling to pacify a fiery vamp and keep lyir presence hidden from his mother-in-law, and as a devoted husband in romantic scenes with his beautiful young wife. The first-class cast of this film also includes Amy Veness, the screen’s most famous mother-in-law; Judy Kelly, 8.1.P.’s lovely protege in her second film role; the alluring Binnie Barnes, a cabaret star, and the three popular 8.1. P. comedians —Gus McNaughton as an amateur sleuth, Hal Gordon in the part of his policeman brother, and Jimmy Godden as the long-suffering father-in-law.
