RUMANIAN MINISTER’S VISIT TO LONDON. FOUR POWER PACT OPPOSED. • LONDON, April 6. M. Titulescu, Rumanian Foreign Minister, has arrived in London to impress Mr. MacDonald and Sir John Simon with the views of the Little Ehtente regarding the Four-Power Pact. Poland has similarly declared against the MacDonald-Mussolini scheme.
