MISS ESTHER JAMES.
WALK FROM MELBOURNE TO SYDNEY. SYDNEY, December 18. A New Zealand girl, Esther James, received an ovation yesterday on her arrival at the University Oval after walking 560 miles from Melbourne. (Miss James some time ago walked from Spirit/® Bay, tho top of North Auckland, to the Bluff to advertise New Zealand and British goods).
