SPANISH DICTATORSHIP TO END. DETAILS OF CONSTITUTION TO BE DECLARED. PROPOSED PLEBISCITE. (Received Wednesday, 9.15 p.m.) LONDON, July 3. The Spanish Dictatorship is being brought to an end. "The Times’ Madrid Correspondent
says that it is officially stated that details of the new constitution will be announced in the National Assembly on July 6, but will not be fully discussed until the autumn session. General de Rivera says the project will later be submitted to a plebiscite, as the Government desires that the people shall resume control of the State.—(Australian Press Association.—United Service.)
