PIGEON RACING.
MASTERTON CLUB EVENTS. The Masterton Homing Pigeon Club flew a young bird from Dannevirko to Masterton on Saturday which resulted:—Mr J. Steven’s Captain Kettle, 1; Mr J. Wakelin ‘s Blue Micawber Ju nr., 2; Mr. F. Book’s Candlestick, 3; Messrs. T. and J. Taylor’s Fleetwing, 4 . The next race will be from Waipukurau on April 4.
