PERSONAL.
The ordination and induction of Mr A. H. Norrie, -as minister in charge of the Greytown and Morison's Buah district, took piece in the / Presbyterian Church at Greytown «on Thursday evening, when there was a fair congregation. The Bev. R. Dickie, Moderator, conducted the first service and later acted as inducting officer. Mr F. Law, who ha* been on the mechanical staff of the “Wairarapa Age” for the past three years, ha-s resigned in order to proceed to England after his marriage which takes place on Easter Satuiday. Mr Law intends to leave Wellington by the Ulimaroa on April 5, to connect with the Oronsay at’Sydney. During his residence in Maeterton, Mr Law has taken an active part in church, -sporting and -social affaire, being a teacher in the Church of the Epiphany Sunday School, handichpper to the Masterton Harrier Club, and secretary of the Old Boys’ Cricket Club and one of its playing members. On behalf of the staff, friend.? and scholars of the Church of the Epiphany Sunday School, the Rev. iW. Bullock presented Mr Law, on the eve of his departure, with a travelling rug. As a parting gift, members of 'the staff of “The Age” presented Mt Law with a handsome travelling dock. The gift was accompanied by the best wishes of all members of the staff for his future success and happiness.
