THE RAZOR-SLASHERS.
WOMAN VICTIM OF WOMAN. VENGEANCE RESERVED. SYDNEY, March 22. A woman giving the name of Edie Henry, and age as 32, was admitted to hospital, having been savagely Kltudicd with a razor in Redfern. Blood poured profusely from wounds in the shoulder and arm, necessitating seventeen stitches. Her clothes were saturated with blood. The woman was in a state of collapse. She told the doctor that a girl of eighteen had slashed her, but she refused tq give the police any particulars, saying: “I know who she is. I will get square with her.” She then left the hpspital in a taxi.—(Australian Press Association.
