DIVORCE SUIT FAILS.
DUKE OF LEINSTER SEEKS , SEPARATION FROM ACTRESS WIFE (Received Wednesday, 7.50 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 6.—The “Daily Chronicle” 2states that the Duke of Leinster has filed an action against the Duchess, formerly Mary Etheridge, the actress, and has also cited F. G. Newell as co-defender. The Duke in 1918 sold a reversionary interest in the Leinster estates to Mallaby Desley for £67,000, receiving an annuity of £1000.—(A. and N.Z.)
