VICTORIOUS ALL BLACKS. GOVERNOR-GENERAL'S MESSAGE. AUCKLAND, Mar. 16.—The Gover-nor-G'eneral has sent the following message to the All Blacks: “I send you my heartiest congratulations and welcome on your return home and am sorry not to be at Wellington to greet you. We have all watched your wonderful record of victories with interest and pleasure, and have been proud of them and of you. I hope you will find all well at your homes, and will enjoy the warm welcome which waits you.—Fergusson, Gover-nor-General.”—(P.A.)
