DRUIDS’ CRICKET CLUB.
A meeting of the club was field last night, there being a good attendance. It was decided to start practice on Saturday, members to be on the ground (Park Oval) by 2 p.m. A committee was appointed to prepare the pitch, and an almost perfect “wicket” should be available as each club now keeps its own pitch. Members showed a great interest in the club, and although this is the first year of its existence the prospects for the sehson are very bright, a first-class eoach having been obtained.
