RATHENAU’S MURDER.
TRIAL OF ACCUSED. (Received 7.35 p.m.) Berlin, Oct. 9.—The Rathenau murder trial was resumed to-day. The president of the Court commented severely on an attempt to kill Guenther, one of the accused, by sending him poisoned' sweets. Guenther caused a sensation in Court when he admitted he had been in correspondence with Ludendorff and Helfferich for two years.—4\A. and N.Z.)
