DISCUSSED IN SENATE. (By Electric Telegiaph.—Copyright. (Australian-N.Z. Cable Association.) Received Last Night, 9.40 o'clock. WASHINGTON, Dec. 17. The Mexican reply, pointing out that Mr Jenkins had been released. and expressing the hope that the in cident was now ended, was attacked in the Senate by Senator Fall, whe complained that the United States first issued an ultimatum and then opened debates with General Carran za, who knew that he might insulT the United States with impunity. "The present administration/' Senator Fall declared, "only seeks to proclaim peace on earth and good will to bandits."
