NEW PLYMOUTH SESSIONS. (I3y Telegraph—Press Association,) NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. Afi the Court to-day, before Mr Justice Edwards, a decree, nisi was granted in the divorce case Ellen McCracken v. John McCracken, on the grounds of misconduct. A Kimilar decision was given in the caw? Louisa Mary Pearson v. Robert Pearson, on the grounds of failure to support.
