BRITISH LABOUR.
Mr A. Henderson ha.s issued a more or less threatening statement. Healleges that unless the Governments speedily arrange peace negotiations a crisis will arise among the workers in the whole of the belligerent countries. It is mot clear upon what authority Mr Henderson has made, his statement. But it is perfectly clear that if the workers in Allied countries compel their Governments to enter peace negotiations the re•suJt will bo a triumph for Germau militarism. If the workers deliberately select military dominotion, they alone will !hj responsible for the consequences.
