RIGHT OF SERVICE GRANT
NOTICE OF MOTION MOVED. A deputation from the "Returned Soldiers' Association and the Wair lira pa Caledonian Society yeaterday waited upon tho Executive Committee of the Wairarapa Patriotic Association and urged that the right of service grant bo re-instated. After a general discussion the Chairman stated that lie could not (accept a motion on tho matter, as it lvas necessary to give notice to rescind a resolution. Mr G. R. Sykcs then gave notic" to move at the next meeting, "That the resolution passed at an executive meeting held on September 27th, 1917, discontinuing 'the payment of the right of service grant, ho rescinded."
