OBITUARY.
EX-PRESIDENT DIAZ. (Received Last Night. 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, July 3rd. Router's correspondent at Paris notifies the death of Diaz, ex-presi-dent of Mexico. [Porfirio Diaz, who was partly of Indian extraction, was a man of re-maa-kable administrative ability, and was President of Mexico from 1877 to 1911. He had also distinguished himself in the field on various occasions, notably Against the French invasion in 1863, and in heading an insurrection in 1875.]
