STAMPEDE OF WAITERS.
"Times & Sydney Sun Services." (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, March 5.
A waiter and a clerk in a restaurant at Soho havo been sentenced to nine months' imprisonment for theft. It was statTed by tho police that when the accused were arrested, seven other waiters stampeded, not waiting to receive their wages. The restaurant takings have sinco increased by £SO weekly.
