ITS PRESENT ESTABLISHMENT
"Times & Sydney Sun Services" (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, March 6. In the House of Lords, Lord Lucas staged that the present establishment of the regular army was 10,647 officers and 233,218 noncommissioned officers and men, with a special reerve of 78,714 and Territorials numbering 312,400.
