ATTEMPT TO WRECK TRAIN.
CARRYING LORD KITCHENER. Received This Morning, 12.30 o'clock. PARIS, February 25. " The Petit Journal reports that an attempt was made to wreck a train in Egypt conveying Lord Kitchener and his guests to the Minich racecourso, . Several heavy pieces of. timber were placed on the track at a sharp turn. The difficulty averted a disaster. The Khedive's bother and members of the Diplomatic Corps were also on the train.
