The German National Flying.Fund during the year 1913 received £361,725-, and expended £107,975 in prizes, £87,613 in training pilots, £38,905 in insuring pilots, and £24,000 in tho erection of flying centres and seaplane stations. There were 36,817 flights made, resulting in twelve fatalities, while 115 machines were damaged. i
