HOME RULE.
RECRUITING THE CITIZENS' ARMY. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON. Nov. 22. The Ancient Order of Hibernian and the Gaelic League are forming a rifle corps td co-operate with the ■Citizens' Army. They are recruiting in Munster, Leinster, and Connaught. Mr William Moore, Unionist member for the Northern Division of Armagh, speaking at Ballymoney, said that only the exclusion of the whole of Ulster for all time from Home Rule would be acceptable.
