The evidence becomes clearer every day tliat the Labour Party of New Zealand is out to win off its own bat, if it is going to win at all inpolitics. The - heads of the Party affect_ a* mAJdh contempt lor the discredited Liberals as they pretend distrust dn the Reform Government. It is for the remnant of the Liberal Party to decide, therefore, whether it is going to be associated with the Red Feds., the S6ciniists and the Labour extremists, or '"whether it is going to throw in its lot with the Reformers. It can no longer claim to be a factor in the p'olftics of the Dominion.
