| PRIVATE hotels and RES- [ TAURANTS. __ A^M •'.iconi \ [ ByJTelegraph—Press Association. r~-~ AUCKLANDrMarcT29f ™ The Conciliation Commissioners met this morning to deal with the case of private hotels and restaurant-keepers At a previous sitting a conference had been suggested, but this not having eventuated, Mr Giles proceeded to deal with the persons cited' on the authority of the Arbitration. Court's finding in the Otago and Canterbury disputes. He struck out a very large number of those cited, leaving oily four names on the list, these representing private hotels and restaurants combined. As there was no evidence forthcoming, Mr Giles then sent the case direct to the Arbitration Court.
