TORRENTIAL RAIN.
IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA. SEVERAL WASHAWAYS ON RAILWAYS. Received March 3, 10 a.m. PERTH, March 3. Torrential rain fell at Northam, 57 miles north-east of Perth. Four inches was recorded in twenty minutes. There have been several wa-shaways on the railways.
