LONDON, November 2
After two further conferences with the directors of the British railway companies, Mr Lloyd-George has invited the men's representatives to meet him on Wednesday next in ease he may have any proposal to submit. Meanwhile the advisory committee of the executive of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants has unanimously resolved that the directors' refusal to meet the Association representatives leaves no alternative but to enforce the mandate resulting from the ballot which recommended the issue of notice-papers to the whole railway service. Mr Richard Bell, the society's secretary, declares that every one will be called out.
