RE-TRIAL OF THE LIBEL CASE,

The public prosecutor has carried Count Kuno von Moltke's case to Ladgerich for re-trial before three or five judges.
The public prosecutor will represent Count Moltke's interests, and conduct the case, while Count Moltke himself will appear as co-prosecutor with the additional advantage of being able to testify Jon oath. He was not on oath during the recent trial.
