He has also sold hiß business aa a going concern to Mr W. McKenzie, and it is his intention to remove in the near future with hie family to Dunedin. As Mr York has not only been connected with nearly everv institution in tha place, but has also taken a lion's share of the work, his place will be hard to fill, and the removal of his family will cause a blank that will be severely felt. Needless to say he will carry with him the sincere wish of the community for his future success.

Dr. A. A.
