View Endorsed by Patriotic I Association. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, This Day. The view that the claims of the present -were the first call and that po attempt should be made to conserve funds for the future, was endorsed at the annual meeting of the Otago Patriotic Association. During the past year an encroachment of £3IOO was made on capital and several members argued that the present capital should be spent in 10 years, more being raised for future years. It was announced that £40,000 remained in the fund.
