Japanese Diet Passes Bill. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received December 10, 9.50 a.m.) TOKIO, December 9. The Diet passed the General Relief Bill, which is designed to aid the farmers, voting 70,000,000 yen for the period ending on March 31, 1935, and 143,000,000 yen spread over the two following fiscal years.
