Christ’s College Past v, Present Cricket.
The annual Past v. Present cricket matches were played this afternoon between the Christ’s College first and second elevens and old boys’ teams. In the first elevens’ game, College opened on a batsmen’s wicket. R. C. Webb and W. V. Byrne batted first, and. playing confidently, raised 45 in 45 minutes. Webb, after scoring 15 in good style, was stumped by Jackman after stepping out to a fast one fr< ffi Harpur. Scores:—. CHRIST’S- COLLEGE. First Innings. If. C. Webb, st Jackman b Harpur 15 W. J.
