The foursomes, over eighteen holes, resulted: J. Ferrier and P. F. Hughes defeated Maclean and Bourn (Great Britain) -1 and 3; T. M’Kay and A. Waterson defeated Scott and Garnett (Great Britain!, 1 up. The singles, over eighteen holes, resulted: -M’Kiiy defeated Scott, 2 and 1; Maclean defeated Ferrier, :i and 2; Garnett defeated Waterson, 1 up; Bourn defeated Hughes, l up.
