OLD COLLEGIANS.

Football Club Entertains Many Guests. SUCCESSFUL DANCE. The stage (or more correctly, perhaps, the ballroom) was truly set for the Old Collegians’ Football Club’s dance at the Winter Garden last evening- The college’s victory in the afternoon in the annual football match against Boys’ High School had naturally elated the old boys, and “ the match ” was the all-important topic of conversation. ATore than 350 dancers celebrated College's success by attending the dance. Specially invited guests were Air W. W. Dunkley, president of the Old Collegians’ Football Club, Air R. J. Richards, head master of the college; Air C. L. Aleredith-Kaye, president of the Old Collegians’ Cricket Club, Air Bruce Hamilton, representing the St Andrew’s College Old Boys’ Football Club, Air Frank Foley, representing the High School Old Boys’ Football Club, and Aliss Florence Haworth, representing the Technical College Past and Senior Students’ Association.

Outstanding success such as attended last night’s dance undoubtedly cannot be attained without much preliminary organisation on behalf of the members of the committee, the members of which were Alessrs W. W. Dunkley, T. W. C. Tothill, D. Ar. Stewart, F. G. Bristed, E. D. R. Smith, G. S. Cooper, Donald Dobsop, J. B. Alorrow and H. R. Black (honorary secretary-). > Two little girls, June and Nola Lawrence, entertained the guests with a clever tap dance.
