BRIDGE AT WOMEN’S CLUB.
Mesdames G. E. Marshall and T .Andrews were hostesses for an enjoyable bridge evening held by the bridge circle at the Canterbury Women’s Club last night. Scarlet berries, Iceland poppies and spring flowers decorated the reception room in a profusion of colour. Mrs Marshall wore a black georgette frock, the bodice being inset with lace. Mrs Andrews was in black ring velvet, the slashed sleeves of her frock showing touches of silver lame. A dainty supper was served. /
