Man Who Was Struck Off Solicitors’ Roll. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 14. William Parry Rollings was chaiged in the Magistrate’s Court to 'lav with the theft of £650 from Samuel Wilson by fraudulently applying tne proceeds of a cheque for that amount to a purpose other than the investment of it on security of a first mortgage. Rollings was struck off the solicitors’ roll by order of the Appeal Court in March. The case is proceeding.
