Bishop Will Tour After Napier Synod. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 11. Bishop Baddeley, of Melanesia, arrived to-day by the Wanganella from Sydney to attend the General Synod opening at Napier to-morrow. Afterwards he will make a short tour of the Dominion, speaking at Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Greymouth, Oamaru, Timaru, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Hamilton and Auckland. He commented enthusiastically on the new vessel Southern Cross VII., which, he said, in three months since her arrival- had travelled just over 6500 miles, taking boys to the central schools and transporting teachers.
