Fillery was ordered to pay R. T. Coulter £2 0s 6d forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment. H. Blackler was ordered to pay New Zealand Suppliers, Ltd.. £6 10s 2d forthwith, in default eight days’ imprisonment. Judgment for Defendant. W. E. Noble, dairyman, of 399, Lincoln Road. Halswell (Mr Johnston) claimed £44 14s from C. A. Triggs, of 184. Brougham Street, milk distributor (Mr Thomas) as damages for an alleged breach of contract to take the whole of the plaintiff’s winter and summer milk supply. Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., who heard the case, gave judgment for the defendant, with costs.
