Trotting Records.
Dear Sir, —Would you kindly supply me with the following information: (1) When was barrier starting introduced for trotting races? -Did it quickly become general? (2) Were races longer than two miles common after 1905? (3) When did Karamea cease holding race meetings, and of what did the programme consist about that time ? I am referring to the period over which the club operated as apart from its recent meetings. If you cannot supply me with this information, can you tell me where I might obtain it?—l am, etc., P.A.M.
