Five Rescue Planes Ready to Leave. United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. (Received February 17, 12.50 p.m.) RIGA, February 16. The castaways from the Cheluiskin are in good spirits. They are erecting wooden shelters to house the women and children, including a four-months-old baby, who was born on the ship. Five aeroplanes are leaving their north Siberian bases immediately in the hope of rescuing them.
