A jelly that will set in all weathers! slb stoned dates cut into small pieces with scissors. 1 cup fine-cut marshmallows. 1 cup fine-chopped walnuts. £ cup cream. £ cup milk. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. i tablespoon agar-agar. Method.—Soak the agar-agar in hot water. Drain and cook it in the milk in a double boiler till the agar-agar is dissolved. Add to this agar-agar and milk mixture the dates, walnuts, marshmallows and brown sugar. Then whip the cream and fold it in, and pour into a crust made of zwieback crumbs. Set away to cool and solidify before serving.
