FASCIST ULTIMATUM.

Plan to Oust Dr Dollfuss and His Party. LONDON, February 15. The Vienna correspondent of the “ Daily Express ” says that Dr Dollfuss, in his hour of triumph, may be robbed of the fruits of victory, for Prince Starhemberg is expected to send an ultimatum to the Chancellor demanding that Austria shall go 100 per cent Fascist, and that the Christian Socialist Party, to which Dr Dollfuss belongs, shall be dissolved. Sixt} r -four municipal administrations in Upper Austria have been dismissed, and the Mayors and other officials will, be replaced by members of the Christian Socialist Party. Dr Dollfuss announces that he will personally accept the guardianship of all children whose fathers have fallen in defence of the Fatherland. „ T he Vi er ma correspondent of the News Chronicle” says that.the workers movement has- been crushed be--3 ond the possibility of rally', and prostrate Labour is filled with burning anger against the Government.
