Kxact Death Roll Will Never be Known. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. CALCUTTA, February 15. Mr N. N. Sinha, provincial Minister, told the Legislature that the death roll in . Bihar was 7057, but that a number of the dead are still under the debris and the actual total would probably' never be kno\(’n. The greatest loss, he said, was in the Tirhut Division, where there were 5295 deaths. There were 1200 in Mongh3 r r town and 942 at Sitamarhi, where the shock was most intense. The Government of India will give comprehensive relief. Nine hundred miles of track of the north-western Bengal railway's have been seriousl>’ affected by the earthquake, and embankments and bridges have been destroyed.
