WINTER SHOW CONTROL.
Conference Between Parties Arranged. As a result of overtures made by the Canterbury Manufacturers’ Association, the general committee of the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association, at its meeting yesterday afternoon, appointed a special committee to discuss with representatives of the Manufacturers’ Association the question of joint control of the Winter Show and Exhibition. The committee consists of Messrs C. J. Jarman (president), G. Fulton (vicepresident), J. O. M’Gillivray, F. Coop, W. 11. Nicholson, W. Hayward, R. T. M’Millan, R. Peach, G. Hartnell and J. Parlane.
