MAJOR DOUGLAS’S TOUR.
DUNEDIN, February 14. A civic welcome was extended to Major C. H. and Mrs Douglas, who arrived at Dunedin by this afternoon’s express. The Mayor (the Rev E. T. Cox) presided and Miss M. 11. M. King and the Rev Percy Paris, welcomed the visitors on behalf of the local branch of the Douglas Credit Association, while Mr J. Hope extended a welcome on behalf of the Council of Scottish Societies.
