MURDER CHARGE
Bayly Further Remanded Till January 3. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, December 27. Charged with the murder of Mrs Christobel Lakey at Ruawaro about October 15, William Alfred Baydy, 28 y'ears, a farmer, was to-day remanded for a further eight davs until January 3. A small crowd began to assemble about the Court at 9.30 a.m., but by that time Ba>*l3 r had been remanded and was on his way back to the Mount Eden prison.
