Cashmere Estate Changes Hands. “ Holbury,” 36, Hackthorne Road, Cashmere, the residential property owned by the late Mr C. G. Dalgety, has been sold to Mr F. E. Twyford, of Christchurch. ” The property consists of a twostoreyed house and two acres three roods and eight perches. At one time it belonged to the estate of Archdeacon James Wilson, and in 1929 it was purchased by Mr Dalgety for £6OOO.
